The upcoming CMHA Ontario and Mental Health Works workplace conference takes place May 13th and 14th. It’s not too late to register for the early bird package, but the deadline is fast approaching.

Day 1 of the conference features separate employee and employer panels. The employee panel<https://mentalhealthworks.ca/annual-workplace-conference/keynotes/#employee-panel> includes individuals from first responders, military, health care, journalism and unions. They will be sharing their unique perspectives and experience regarding mental health in the workplace. The employer panel<https://mentalhealthworks.ca/annual-workplace-conference/keynotes/#employer-panel> has leaders from mental health care, policing, financial services and public service. They will be speaking about the evolution of mental health supports and the role that management and leaders play in advancing psychological health and safety in the workplace.
