[homeles_ot-l] Posting Frostbite and Heat Warnings/Advisories to the Alliance List Serve

Hello Kristen,
In recent months we note that our frostbite advisories/warnings have not been posted directly to your homeles_ot-l at list.web.net<mailto:homeles_ot-l at list.web.net> site as they have been in the past.  It appears your posting policy may have been changed and all need review by a moderator.  We note that many of our recent posts have been rejected as they are not reviewed before they are out of date.

I am wondering if we could have a quick phone call to review our posting of our cold weather and hot weather messages on your list serve.  We have always seen it as a way to reach service providers who work with people who are vulnerable to extreme heat, cold and poor air quality.  That said, they have been coming fast and furious this past winter and we don’t want to annoy your members if they are not interested in receiving these notices.

Let me know if we can have a quick conversation about our use of your list serve in the near future.
