Dear Housing Community,



We are pleased to announce that an Action Ottawa Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for Predevelopment Funding is now available from Merx and Housing Services.  The REOI can be received by emailing affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca<mailto:affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca> or by accessing MERX.



The REOI makes available up to $2M in pre-development funding for not-for-profit and charitable organizations wishing to develop affordable housing in the city.  Successful Proponents may be eligible for up to $250,000 per project.
The REOI will close at 3:00pm on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.

À tous les intervenants du milieu du logement,



Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer qu’une demande de manifestations d’intérêt (DMI) d’Action Ottawa relative à un financement de préaménagement est maintenant publiée sur MERX et offerte par les Services du logement. Vous pouvez recevoir cette DMI en envoyant un message à l’adresse unitedulogementabordable at ottawa.ca<mailto:affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca>. Vous pouvez également la consulter sur MERX.



La DMI vise à offrir un financement de préaménagement d’une somme maximale de 2 M$ aux organismes sans but lucratif et aux organismes de bienfaisance qui souhaitent construire des logements abordables dans la ville. Les demandeurs sélectionnés pourraient recevoir jusqu’à 250?000 $ par projet.
La date de clôture de la DMI est le mercredi 13 novembre 2019, à 15 h.
