Dear colleagues,

After an amazing career of more than two decades leading the Ottawa Social
Housing Registry, Ishbel Solvason is retiring this year. Her leadership
and wisdom have inspired and guided Ottawa's non-profit housing sector. On
behalf of the Registry's Board of Directors, we all thank her and
recognize the impact she has had locally as well as across Ontario and
beyond.

Ishbel has agreed to stay in her role until the Registry AGM in June, and
then remain available to assist with transition. Our search for a new
Executive Director has already begun and you will see postings soon. Also
- yes - there will be an amazing retirement party; stay tuned.
