The first 500 people attending this year's virtual RDO will receive a COVID-19 Kit couriered to you!

Here's how to get one:

1. Attend the event

2. Email info at capsa.ca (mailto:info at capsa.ca?subject=I'm%20attending%20RDO2020) with the subject line "I'm attending RDO2020" with your name and address

We will confirm you're online and courier out your COVID-19 Kit the following week.

** Participate in the Poster Contest for a chance to win prizes!!

Entrants are encouraged to create a poster that supports the following:
* Leaving no one behind during COVID-19
* All pathways to increased wellness
* Compassion is a practice


Judging will be based on the following criteria:
* Poster must be completed on 8.5’’ x 11’’ paper
* Make your poster as creative as possible
* Creativity and overall design (including as many of the points above)
* Include your name in email submission


First place prize: $100 donation to the charity of your choice, $25 Tim’s Card, CAPSA Water Bottle, and COVID-19 Kit

Second Place: $50 donation to the charity of your choice +  $25 Tim’s Card,  CAPSA Water Bottle, and COVID-19 Kit

Third Place: $50 donation to the charity of your choice, $25 Tim’s Card, CAPSA Water Bottle, and COVID-19 Kit

Submission must be received by Monday, September 24^st, 2020. Please send to :
lvandenbygaart at capsa.ca (mailto:lvandenbygaart at capsa.ca)

Voting will take place online the day of the event.
