FYI:

Valley Health Pharmacy partners with various social service agencies to
provide customized care. They have experience working with people
experiencing homelessness, and offer a range of services including:
addiction counselling/assessment, housing referrals, safe supply, needle
exchange, harm reduction, on staff outreach worker, etc.

This locally owned and operated independent pharmacy co-op is looking for
agencies that would benefit from their range of medical and social
services, which are outlined in detail in the attached document.
