Dear Housing Community,



We are pleased to announce that a 2022 Action Ottawa Request for Proposals (RFP) is now available. The RFP can be received by emailing affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca<mailto:affordablehousingunit at ottawa.ca>.



The RFP is for pre-development funding for affordable housing projects with an emphasis on housing for Indigenous and Inuit populations, and other racialized peoples. This RFP includes the following capital funding:

  *   Up to a total of $1M in Pre-development funding
  *   Maximum of $200,000 for each project awarded
The RFP will close at 3:00pm on Monday, May 2, 2022.

Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer que la demande de propositions (DDP) pour le programme Action Ottawa 2022 est maintenant disponible! Vous pouvez en recevoir une copie par courriel en écrivant à unitedulogementabordable at ottawa.ca<mailto:unitedulogementabordable at ottawa.ca>.



La DDP concerne le financement préalable à l’aménagement de projets de logements abordables, tout particulièrement de projets de logements destinés aux populations des Premières Nations et des Inuits, de même qu’aux membres d’autres groupes racisés. La demande de propositions comprend le financement d’immobilisations qui suit :

  *   un maximum d’un million de dollars pour le financement préalable à l’aménagement de projets;
  *   un maximum de 200?000 dollars pour chacun des projets attribués.
La date limite pour soumettre une proposition est le lundi 2 mai 2022, à 15 h.
