*BCMA Workshop: Tools for Trying Times - Navigating Conflict Through
Dialogue*

Tuesday August 11th and 25th
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

This two-part online series invites participants to explore psychological
wellness at both individual and collective levels. Drawing on deep
democracy, trauma-informed practice, self-determination theory, somatics,
restorative justice, and decolonial approaches to community care,
participants will consider how relationships, power, and organizational
structures shape wellbeing and belonging.

Across the two sessions, participants will engage with frameworks, guided
reflection, small-group dialogue, and experiential practices alongside
peers navigating similar challenges. The format will provide time between
sessions for participants to reflect on their learning, notice how these
ideas appear in their own workplaces, and return to deepen the conversation.

Participants will leave with practical tools, new perspectives, and
connections that can support more resilient, relational, and collectively
supportive workplace environments.
