[BCMA] LMCG July 24th addition: Viviane Gosselin (MOV) presentation on SAGE

LMCG is pleased to announce an addition to our July 24th virtual meeting:
Focus on Sustainability


*SAGE - Building a Tool, Building a Community of PracticeViviane Gosselin,
Director of Collections and Exhibitions, Museum of Vancouver*

This presentation will share the origin story of SAGE (Sustainable Arts and
Green Ecosystems), a Vancouver-based community of practice rethinking how
exhibitions and stage sets get made. It will trace how SAGE grew from a
two-year, grant-funded experiment into a network of museums, theatres, and
makers who share design hacks, materials, and a commitment to circular
production. It will introduce the SAGE Toolkit, Canada's first resource for
sustainable exhibition and set design, and walk through its 5Rs of
circularity: Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recirculate. Ultimately, the
presentation hopes to encourage participants to learn more and get involved!

This presentation will kick off our 2:30-4:00pm meeting, followed by:
