EOS Eco-Energy/Eco-Énergie Inc. is seeking a staff person for a Climate Change Project.
 
EOS Eco-Energy/Eco-Énergie Inc. is a community-based organization in the Tantramar region of New Brunswick, with a vision of green energy sustainability for this region.  We are seeking a Project Coordinator for an Eco-Action Project that involves public education, services and support.
 
The Project Coordinator must have training, skills and/or experience in most of these areas: project administration (especially with NGO's), community development or adult education, green building construction, public outreach and relations, computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets and internet). S/he must also have an understanding of government energy efficiency programs, and an ability to work independently and with a team.  Excellent interpersonal and writing skills are imperative.  Must have use of own computer and vehicle for local travel. Workspace is not included.
 
Contract (sorry no benefits) is for September 18, 2006 to February 28, 2007, with particular time-sensitive deliverables; $12,000 salary.  There will be travel reimbursement.
