HRM Regional Planning Office wrote:

HRM's new Regional Plan Advisory Committee is seeking applications from
residents representing a rural area of HRM and from individuals with an
environmental background/knowledge/interest to fill two vacancies on
this committee.    
 
There are three ways to apply:
 
1. Print off and complete the attached Volunteer Application Form (pdf
18.3 kb).  Fax the form to 490-4208, mail to Clerk's Office, PO Box
1749, Halifax, NS, B3J 3A5 or drop off at the the Clerk's Office, 2nd
Floor, City Hall, 1841 Argyle Street.  
 
2. Complete the Volunteer Application Form online at
http://www.halifax.ca/boardscom/volunteer_application.html 
 
3. Contact Jennifer Weagle, Clerks Office, (902) 490-6521) directly for
a hard copy of the Volunteer Application Form.
