WALK TO SCHOOL MONTH EARLY REGISTRATION

Active & Safe Routes to School is offering an early registration prize 
for International Walk to School Month in October (Walk to School week 
is October 6 to 10). Schools that sign up for the event before June 30 
enter a draw for a two year subscription for Green Teacher magazine. 
Other prize draws have also been lined up for registered schools during 
the event in October. Visit www.ecologyaction.ca/asrts to register.

Active & Safe Routes to School is coordinated by the Ecology Action 
Center in partnership with the Nova Scotia Department of Health 
Promotion and Protection as part of the Active Kids Healthy Kids 
Initiative.
