I'm all for supporting family farms and local food production.  I'm 
less interested in helping people with real estate commissions or 
estate sales.  At a minimum, if we are going to use this list for buy 
and sell, let's agree to put the prices in the cover letter.  I'm 
guessing I'm not the only subscriber for whom a $2,000,000.00 
'beloved farm' is beyond reach.
