The Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream Symposium is a meaningful
inquiry into a bold vision: to bring forth an environmentally sustainable,
spiritually fulfilling and socially just human presence on Earth by
empowering people in the transformation of society. You will gain fresh
insight about our world, meet like-minded people, find hope and inspiration
and leave knowing how you can help create a new future.

Leila Bruno is the co-founder of an environmental non-profit in Wyoming
working on protecting roadless areas and threatened species. Last year she
was appointed to "Touching the Earth", the Shambhala Buddhist international
Working Group on environmental sustainability. In conjunction with her study
of the Awakening the Dreamer initiative, she traveled earlier this year to
the Amazon rain forest and lived with the indigenous Achuar tribe of
southeast Ecuador.
