[Sust-mar] Coastal access issues

Thank you Tom for a very interesting story and an increasingly common one.  It looks like the lawyer in question is either unaware of the law or is trying to bully people into thinking the private rights of property owners override the common rights vested in "state ownership of ocean waterfront to the high water mark".  Since ignorance of the law is no excuse and bullying people is equally unacceptable, perhaps it may be more effective to go after the lawyer in question.  He or she can be challenged for misrepresenting the law if this is the case.  It is important that people not just lie down and roll over on this issue in the interests of maintaining common rights for all.
