Revolution of the Mind: Transformative Learning for Integrated Living

The last rounds of this popular New Earth Institute course are being
offered this spring in three locations in Nova Scotia, including
Mahone Bay, Halifax and Wolfville.

Based on holistic approaches to learning, the Revolution of the Mind
invites participants to explore the relevance of essential insights
from transpersonal psychology and the wisdom of contemplative
traditions concerning the nature of mind in their own lives. Through a
unique mind-mapping exercise, participants will see the deep
commonalities of human experience. Carried forward into life, these
cognitive and reflective technologies begin to improve attention,
emotional regulation and transform automatic responses to the world
from a reactive mode to a more reflective mode. This positions us
optimally to meet the extraordinary political, social, and spiritual
challenges of our time.

We are excited to offer this course four times in three locations this
spring. The class will meet three hours weekly for 8 weeks.
