Learn to Design and Install an Off Grid Wind Power System
Two Day Workshop October 1st-3rd, Windhorse Farm, NS.

During this hands-on workshop participants will learn about all aspects of designing and installing a residential-sized wind power system, including:
Tilt-up tower design and safety
Charging systems (batteries, charge controllers, inverters, etc)
Selecting a turbine that works for you
Optional sessions in electrical power theory and what you need to know when sizing your system.
Each participant will receive a course manual with equations, guidelines and design tips.   

Cost:  $295 / $345 (early registration/regular) for Indoor (double occupancy);  $260/$295 for camping and $425/$450  for Individual accommodations,   Price includes all instruction, meals and an installation manual.
