[Sust-mar] Wilderbeats play at Eastern Shore Festival Aug 12/13

Hey Wilderfans!
 
The Wilderbeats are playing at the Eastern Shore Summer Arts Festival in 
Musqudoboit Harbour on Saturday afternoon, August 13th, from 2 - 3 pm. 
You'll find us at thePeace Park on Park Road (just off the main drag of 
Musquodoboit Harbour). 

The festival is offering lots of FREE workshops and music, and of 
course, beautiful Martinique beach is only 15 minutes away. 

 
More info: A weekend of creative expression and community celebration. Friday & 
Saturday, August 12th & 13th. 

All workshops and performances are free of charge!
 
Evening mainstage performances take place at the Peace Park on Park Rd. -  a 
beautiful, multi-use park with a full children's playground, gazebo, and 
bandstand.
Friday, starting at 7:30 pm: Eastern Shore Battle of the Bands winnerAerodyne, 
Trina Pottie (belly dance),Joel MacLean, Charl Eksteen, & Dawny Negus Jr.
Saturday, starting at 7:00 pm: Joyce Saunders, Compania Azul, Ben Caplan and the 
Casual Smokers, Fire Show Finale.
 
All Saturday workshops and events take place at the Old School Community 
Gathering Place (#7962 Hwy 7), except the Wilderbeats show at 2 pm happens at 
the Peace Park.
9am - 10:30am - Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Workshop 
9:30am - 11:30am - Japanese Fish Kite Making Workshop 
10:30am - 12:30am - Art and Movement 
10:30am - 11:30am - Reading by Deirdre Dwyer 
12pm - 1:30pm - Creative Writing Workshop
12:30pm - 1:30pm - Drumming Workshop (Glenn Fraser)
1:30pm - 2:30pm - Belly Dancing Workshop (Trina Pottie)
2pm - 3pm - The Wilderbeats - Peace Park
2pm - 3:30 - Poetry Workshop 
3pm - 4pm - Drumming Workshop (Glenn Fraser)
4:30pm - 6pm - Open Jam Session 
5pm - 6:30pm - Screen Printing Workshop (bring a t-shirt)
