*TAKE YOUR MUM FOR A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE*

May 12, 2012

The Common Life Group of Tatamagouche Centre invites you to have a walk in
the woods then gather for soup and music in the nearby heated winter camp
building at Redtail Nature Awareness, 400 MacBeth Road about 10km west of
Scotsburn in Pictou County. {map<http://www.friendsofredtail.ca/contact_us.html>

while the rest of us enjoy vegetarian minestrone soup. You are invited to
stay as long or as short as you like.

LIMITED. All proceeds will go to the Friends of Redtail Society to help
with the last of the purchase of 313 acres of forest for demonstration of
improved forest practise, for preservation and for education. About 97% of
the $250,000 purchase cost has been raised. Come join us to help finish
that off - and to begin the Second Step: what to do now. Membership
applications to FRS will be available.

• We will walk if the rain is light. Torrent Day is next day, Sunday. You
will be notified by noon on May 12 of the postponement.
• If there is still hard rain on Sunday, we will skip the walks and party
anyway. Same time and place!

• Pay at the event.
