cost tools. He has pioneered a farm, and worked in a variety of capacities
at the fabulous Cornhill Nursery. He has established permaculture-inspired
homestead landscapes in NB and NS, and helps homeowners, businesses and
institutions imagine, design and create landscapes to suit their needs and
aspirations. Norm has also worked in a variety of settings, including
gardens, with people who live with intellectual challenges and mental
health issues. Currently, Norm is also helping to develop a home, a farm
and programs that will provide accommodation and vocational supports to
those who face barriers to employment, at Open Sky Co-operative.

"Giving is a privilege. It is a privilege for both the giver and the
receiver. Both are honored and ennobled by the action of giving. Giving is
a rare and precious energy resource––*the energy of connecting. *When
giving and receiving take place, it seems to bond the giver and the
receiver together in a state of delight and grace." Leslie Temple-Thurston
