Organization: Ducks Unlimited Canada http://www.ducks.ca
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick

The Opportunity
Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC), Canada's leader in wetland conservation, is looking for a confident, energetic and dedicated professional to join our team. The Interpretive and Education Specialist is responsible for the delivery of the environmental education programs at the Ducks Unlimited Canada Conservation Centre (DUCC) in Fredericton, NB and the administration of the Project Webfoot Program in Atlantic Canada. Responsibilities include the daily delivery and promotion of the bilingual K -- 12 hands on environmental education programs and the maintenance of the educational classroom and interpretive display room.

At Ducks, we're going places. You need to be an enthusiastic team player -- a self-starter who can work with anyone, is capable of seeing the bigger picture and enjoys thinking out of the box.

Your three years of experience and directly related knowledge make you the ideal candidate for this position, which is located in Fredericton, NB. You possess strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. You are self-motivated, enjoy a complex, changing environment and can manage numerous projects on tight deadlines.

Requirements
• An education, science, or other relevant degree or diploma.

• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fluently bilingual; ability to speak and write in both English and French.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

How to Apply
In Canada, we lose 80 acres of wetlands every day. This loss is the equivalent of about 45 soccer fields every 24 hours. We need your help to stop this loss. If you're interested in this opportunity, please submit your cover letter and resumé for confidential consideration to the attention of:
