VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

The PEI Food Exchange is a grassroots volunteer organization started in 2013 when it was announced that PEI had the second worse food security in Canada. A small group of people contacted local organic farmers and started going out to the fields to harvest ("glean") non commercial produce. This produce delivered to people who could not otherwise afford it. The number of people joining the gleaners got larger as people became aware of the programme. In order to recruit more farmers and earn their trust that the gleaners will not damage their crops we have prepared a Gleaners Manual as part of the training. 

We are seeking someone with print graphic design knowledge to help make the manual sizzle. It doesn't have to be complicated. 

I think 3 hours from a volunteer would make a big difference to its look and feel if anyone wants to help us out. 

I need to identify someone right away as the deadline is Dec 31st, although we may have the few months after the initial manual is sent to fine tune it.
