The Changing Nature of Non-Profits

Feb 26-28, Tue 7pm to Thur 1pm at Tatamagouche Centre

 

If you are involved in a Non-profit or community organization, this program
might be of great interest.

 

The nature, structures, management and leadership of non-profits is going
through monumental shifts. There is a need for greater understanding of new
models, shared leadership, asset-based development, collaborative processes
and decision-making.

This is an opportunity for directors, board, management and staff to explore
and apply effective practices for:

 

*Building sustainable partnerships and alliances within and outside of your
organization

*Exploring shared leadership management models and opportunities

*Motivating and mobilizing staff and volunteers

*Developing and encouraging on-going community-based support

*Cultivating personal and organizational well-being through this shifting
landscape
