MAY 18 & 19: Experiential Educational Whitsun Conference
A great retreat for relaxation, personal and professional development. Educational Whitsun Conference held at Falls Brook Centre, 125 South Knowlesville Road, Knowlesville, New Brunswick, May 18 & 19.
The Whitsun Conference is an experiential educational conference for personal, professional as well as community development. For all those interested in community and looking to resolve questions that we may be holding within ourselves about our own personal lives and how we fit into the bigger picture of our community. We invite educators, parents, youth, and professionals in the fields of education, science, music and art to participate in building a greater understanding and exploration of the unity between science, art and nature and how that can open new ways of coping with changes in life. Following the challenge Rudolf Steiner set out for humanity over a 100 years ago, this conference will explore what it means for us to awaken and experience the universe as a whole instead of a sum of parts.
The cost is $75 per day for the conference and $35 for 3 meals or $25 for 2 meals per day. Lodging would be $25 per night. The program is available upon request.
We hope to see you there! Please feel free to forward this to anyone else you feel would be interested. If you have any questions please call or email.
Our Whitsun Program offers two days of experiential learning in music, Goethean methods of observation, listening and singing exercises, lectures, meditation, eurythmy; working with the seven seals, puppet play of Goethes; The Green Snake and the Beautiful Lily, and so much more...
