Position: Volunteer gardener needed
Type: volunteer opportunity with stipend, food; tenting or accom. possible

Location: New Germany, near Bridgewater, Nova Scotia

We are a beautiful sustainable permaculture farm/forest and hosting facility on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.

We have 3 acres of gardens and need a hand with a multitude of tasks: weeding, watering, composting, transplanting, dividing plants and seeding new ones. Some forestry work could be available too if you need to cool off in the woods.

We can offer sustainable, learning by doing, kindly community, a small stipend and fresh organic food that you can take home and eat, unless you are happy to campout in your tent by a gentle creek and use the bathhouse, sauna and lake to swim in.

There might be opportunities for a cabin if you let us know when you're available.

Oppportunities all summer and fall. Some of us meditate together a couple of mornings a week and you are welocme to join in.
