Position: Office Administrator / Administrateur (trice) de bureau
Organization: The Green Party of New Brunswick / Le Parti vert du Nouveau-Brunswick
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick
This part-time position (25 hours a week) will be available effective October 20, 2016.
The successful candidate will meet all requirements listed below.
Roles and Responsibilities
General office reception
General bookkeeping and budget management. A basic knowledge of accounting tools such as SAGE would be beneficial.
General office management duties (maintain office equipment and manage overall office administration)
Work closely with the Official Representative to prepare Elections NB reports
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll responsibilities
Prepare annual tax receipts
Assistance and support to the Party Leader (scheduling, travel planning, etc.)
Qualifications and Experience
2-3 years of progressive business, administration, accounting experience
Excellent organization and time management skills
Post-secondary education in a related field such as office administration, office management or a combination of related education and experience.
Bilingualism is required
Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation), interpersonal skills along with innovative thinking and problem solving skills
Highly motivated to succeed with the ability to build team spirit, motivate team members and encourage collaboration
Strong initiative to drive results with speed of implementation
Education and Certifications
Minimum education required: College Diploma
Preferred field of study: Business, Administration, Accounting

Devoirs de gestion dun bureau (maintenance de léquipement et gérance de ladministration du bureau).
Collaboration étroite avec le représentant officiel pour préparer les rapports dÉlections NB.
Comptes débiteurs et payeurs.
Responsabilités de la paye.
Préparation des reçus officiels annuels.
Aide et soutien au chef du parti (Programmation et planification des déplacements, etc.)
Qualifications et expérience
2-3 ans des affaires, dadministration et de comptabilité progressive.
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
Éducation postsecondaire dans un domaine connexe tel que ladministration dun bureau ou une combinaison déducation et dexpérience appropriée.
Bilinguisme est requis.
Excellente communication (écrite, verbale et présentation), compétences interpersonnelles avec pensées novatrices avec aptitudes à résoudre les problèmes. Haute motivation à réussir avec habileté à susciter un esprit déquipe, à motiver les autres membres de léquipe et à encourager la collaboration.
Forte initiative pour atteindre des résultats avec rapidité de mise en uvre.
Éducation et certificats
Éducation minimum requise : diplôme collégial.
Domaine détude préféré : commerce, administration, comptabilité
