Wanted: CMR Manager / Nature Retreat Manager Couple
Company: Castalia Marsh Retreat

Location: Grand Manan, New Brunswick
Housing: Compensation includes accommodation and wages

We’re looking for a Manager Couple whose idea of a great job is an outdoor life clothed in blue jeans and work boots in a stunning island setting on the shores of the Bay of Fundy

Experienced self-starters, with common sense and hands-on attitude. Equally comfortable using a paintbrush, pipe wrench, voltmeter or vacuum. A can-do spirit, and a genuine natural friendliness when dealing with customers. People who understand that the operating season is both hectic and demanding.

Responsibilities include ground maintenance, cabins, campsite maintenance, and preparing cabins for guests. There will be other tasks that come up on an as-needed basis.

Compensation includes accommodation and wages; and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

This is an opportunity to create a healthy, outdoor lifestyle in a spectacular setting. A lifestyle that combines rewarding work with nature, wildlife and the ocean.
