EQUITY COUNCIL RESPONDS TO 2009-2010 NATIONAL AGM MEMBER RESOLUTION

At Equity's 2009-2010 National Annual General Meeting on October 5,
2009, a member resolution was brought forward on the topic of expediting
a review of member-initiated production.

Pursuant to bylaw requirements, Council reviews any such member
resolution at its next meeting, and provides a response to the
membership.

Council's response to the member resolution is now available in the
Members Only zone on EQUITYONLINE at www.caea.com.
