Right you are Bohdan. That was my oversight. I was looked in the wrong
column of the FQA list. Ohio Buckeye does not have a Weediness Score unlike
other invasive plants such as Buckthorn or Garlic Mustard.

  Contrary to the federal website, Ohio Buckeye is native to Canada (Walpole
Island).  The -1 in the Floristic Quality Assessment System for Southern
Ontario does not refer to its weediness index but to its "wetness index"
meaning that it has some tendency to occur in wetlands (moist swampy soils).
Its toxicity should be similar to that of Horse-chestnut (i.e., be cautious
but don't panic).
