[CANUFNET] Restricting Tree Height

No such thing in Winnipeg. Could they be referring to planting under or near overhead utilities?

Okay everyone, here's one that I have never come across before.  Our corporate media person had someone contact them to see if we in Saskatoon were going to be doing anything about restricting the height of trees in our city.  They claim that some municipalities are already doing this.  I have never heard of this.  Has anyone out there heard of this?  I'd really like to know and some of the history behind this.
