On September 23, 2016, in celebration of National Forest Week, the Canadian Forest Service has launched My Tree, a mobile application that allows the Government of Canada to share previously published scientific information in an innovative way to a wide audience.
Users will be able to identify their hardiness zone, apply filters and explore the native trees of Canada that could be planted on their property.

Le 23 septembre dernier, dans le cadre des célébration de la Semaine nationale de l'arbre et des forêts, le Service canadien des forêts a lancé Mon arbre, une application mobile qui permet au gouvernement du Canada de rendre accessible à un plus vaste public, de manière novatrice, de l'information scientifique déjà publiée.
Les utilisateurs seront en mesure de déterminer leur zone de rusticité, d'appliquer des filtres de recherche et d'explorer les espèces d'arbres indigènes du Canada qui peuvent être plantés sur leur terrain.
