[CANUFNET] Riverwalk tree planting spec's

Hello All.

Hope you are all doing well. I am curious as to what tree planting spec's are out there regarding tree planting and " Riverwalk" construction projects?
Is there a particular tree well better suited for areas that have flood potential?
What catchment plantings plans have been used and what distance are they from the construction projects?

Any experiences to share are welcome and appreciated.
