[CANUFNET] Tree roots in sewer lines

Hi Lindsay, my first thoughts are; don’t let council change the current restrictions. Based on “ give a them an inch, and they will take a mile “  You can’t trust the builder / developer / maintenance companies to follow the most bylaws anyway, don’t give them a way of bending the rules further, as the will. 
Just my 10cents.
