Municipal Benchmarking - Private Tree Bylaws

The City of Burlington is interested in gaining insight into the nature of private tree bylaw administration from neighbouring municipalities throughout Ontario. The City is currently administering a pilot private tree bylaw within a portion of the City.  The City's Forestry section will be drafting a recommendation report for consideration at the end of this year for Council deliberation.
