I am sending this message because I believe that the "Forest Sector" in Canada must include those working in urban forestry. In 2008 those working in urban forestry made their opinions known to the National Forest Strategy with great results. We must continue these efforts.

  *   Work-life challenges and the impacts on career advancement
  *   Workplace culture and its impact on attracting diversity to the sector
  *   Data on type of work, working conditions, opportunities for training and advancement


Target population: the survey is targeted at forest sector workers aged 15 and over who reside in Canada's provinces and territories. Responding to this survey is voluntary, and will take approximately 10-15 minutes complete. When it asks for what part of the Forest Sector you belong to, please enter "Other" and fill in "Urban Forestry".

Confidentiality and data usage: please note that the data will be reported anonymously. Any personal data (i.e., gender, age etc.) will not be used or published in a way that risks identification.

The survey will close on April 16, 2021.
