United Way Ottawa Community Information Sessions – Additional Sessions

United Way Ottawa would like to invite you to attend one of our upcoming
information sessions to learn about the evolution of our impact strategies
as well as opportunities to participate from both a funding and partnership
perspective.  

Hosted by Community Services Cabinet members Lawrence Greenspon and
Catherine Lane, and Peggy Austen, Senior Director of Impact Strategies with
United Way Ottawa, these sessions will give community partners the
opportunity to hear about: 

*	our evolution as an impact organization;
*	the impact initiatives including goals and strategies; and
*	the implications and processes for both currently funded and
prospective partners. 

The following sessions are being offered in English:

Tuesday, January 26                  4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, January 28                 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

NEW SESSION DATES (English)

Monday, February 8                 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, February 9                5:30 to 7:30 p.m. 

The following sessions are being offered in French:

Wednesday, February 3             1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Additional sessions will be scheduled if required.

All sessions will be held at the United Way Ottawa offices, 363 Coventry
Road, in the TELUS Boardrooms. Refreshments will be available.

In terms of parking during the day:

*	fourteen (14) guest parking spots are located in the front lot of
363 Coventry Road
*	street parking is available on nearby residential streets (3-hour
maximum)
*	parking is available for a reasonable rate at the RCMP parking
garage located at 295 Coventry Road. The garage is located next to the fire
station near the intersection of Coventry Rd and Vanier Parkway.

Centraide Ottawa aimerait vous inviter à assister à l’une de nos prochaines
séances d’information pour en apprendre davantage sur l’évolution de nos
stratégies d’impacts et sur les possibilités de participer à la fois comme
bailleur de fonds et comme partenaire.

Animé par les membres du Cabinet des services communautaires Lawrence
Greenspon et Catherine Lane, ainsi que par Peggy Austen, directrice
principale des Stratégies d’impacts chez Centraide Ottawa, ces séances
offriront aux partenaires communautaires l’occasion d’entendre parler de ce
qui suit : 

*	notre évolution en tant qu’organisme d’impacts;
*	les initiatives d’impacts, notamment les buts et les stratégies;
*	les ramifications et les processus des partenaires actuellement
financés et des partenaires éventuels. 

Les séances suivantes seront offertes en anglais :

Le mardi 26 janvier                     De 16 h à 18 h

Le jeudi 28 janvier                      De 9 h à 11 h

Le lundi 8 février                     De 17 h 30 à 19 h 30

Le mardi 9 février                    De 17 h 30 à 19 h 30 

Les séances suivantes seront offertes en français :

Le mercredi 3 février                De 13 h 30 à 15 h 30

Des séances additionnelles seront offertes si nécessaire.

Toutes les séances auront lieu aux bureaux de Centraide Ottawa, 363, chemin
Coventry, dans les salles de réunion TELUS. Des rafraîchissements seront
prévus sur place.

En ce qui concerne le stationnement pendant la journée :

*	14 places sont offertes aux visiteurs à l'avant du stationnement
situé au 363, rue Coventry 
*	Il est possible de se stationner le long des rues résidentielles
avoisinantes (3 heures au maximum) 
*	Des places sont offertes à un prix raisonnable au parc de
stationnement couvert de la GRC situé au 295, rue Coventry. Ce parc de
stationnement se trouve près de la caserne des pompiers, à proximité de
l'intersection entre la rue Coventry et la promenade Vanier
