ODSP Application Support Program

 

Announcement May 4, 2011

 

Centre 454 wishes to inform the community that Ms. Lindsay Snow ODSP
Application Support Worker serving the western part of Ottawa has notified
us that she will be leaving her post on May 31, 2011. Centre 454 thanks
Lindsay for her contribution to the many people she assisted with the ODSP
application process and wishes Lindsay well in her future endeavours.

 

Please note that Lindsay will no longer be taking new referrals as of May
13th. 

 

The position will be staffed as soon as possible. In the interim, people may
contact Dave Rayner, Centre 454 Manager of Support Services at 613-235-4351
ext 226 or by email at dave.rayner at ottawa.anglican.ca to make new referrals.
