Gloucester Housing Corporation is a non profit housing provider with a
portfolio of 288 units located in six communities across east Ottawa
seeking a Property Manager. We need an individual who is highly
organized, efficient, and has strong written and verbal communication
skills. Experience required for this position includes a minimum five
years of experience in a senior property management position, preferably
with a minimum of three years in social housing.  We require
demonstrated experience in all aspects of properties, tendering and
supervising major capital works projects, dealing with tenant and
maintenance issues, experience in supervising staff, and computer
proficiency.

This position focuses on ongoing maintenance, planning, and preventative
maintenance of our portfolio.  Bilingualism is preferred. Must be able
to drive, preferably with own vehicle. GHC offers an excellent benefit
package with a salary range of $48,000. to $58,000. Submit your cover
