Do you know about ADDICTION SERVICES at THE OTTAWA MISSION?

 

We have...

*       OUT-PATIENT PROGRAMS

o  Day Program - A daily harm reduction drop-in group, run Monday to
Friday from 9:00am to 10:30am, held in The Ottawa Mission Chapel (snacks
and coffee provided)

o  Addiction Counselling for Day Program participants

o  Early Recovery Strategies Group - An 8 week group for individuals
wanting to learn and practice strategies to abstain from alcohol and
other substances, run Wednesday evenings -  Next session starting March
21, 2012

o  Seeking Safety Group - An 8 week group for individuals wanting to
learn strategies for managing trauma symptoms, run Friday evenings  -
Next session starting April 06, 2012 

 

*       STABILIZATION PROGRAM 

o  Short term pre-treatment residential program

o  Support to find addiction treatment

o  Anger Management

o  Mental Health Referrals

o  4 day programming week

o  Access to helpful resources

o  Short waitlist and easy application process

o  Continuous intakes

 

*       LIFEHOUSE

o  5 month intensive residential addiction treatment program 

o  Group Therapy, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, Mindfulness, and
Managing Anxiety classes

o  Individual counselling

o  Followed by up to 12 months of Aftercare services 

o  Second Stage Housing options
