INVESTMENT IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING (IAH) FOR ONTARIO PROGRAM AND 2013 ACTION
OTTAWA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Attention: Community Partners

On Tuesday, June 25th 2013, the Housing Services Branch will release a
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for 2013 to develop up to 100 dwelling
units of affordable-supportive rental housing under Action Ottawa and the
IAH Program.

The intent of this RFQ is to qualify respondent teams to participate in a
Request for Proposals (RFP) to allocate 2013 capital funding under the IAH
program to facilitate the development of affordable-supportive housing
and/or housing with supports.

The RFQ is tentatively scheduled to be released and available on Tuesday,
June 25th, 2013, and to close at 3:00pm on Thursday, July 25th, 2013.

A public information session to present the details of the RFQ process and
to answer questions is scheduled for Tuesday, June 25th, 2013, from 1:30 pm
to 3:30pm in the old Council Chambers at Ben Franklin Place, 101
Centrepointe Drive.

PROGRAMME D’INVESTISSEMENT DANS LE LOGEMENT ABORDABLE DE L’ONTARIO ET
DEMANDE DE QUALIFICATIONS D’ACTION OTTAWA 2013 

Message destiné aux partenaires communautaires

Le mardi 25 juin 2013, la Direction des services de logement présentera une
Demande de qualifications (DDQ) pour 2013 afin d’aménager jusqu’à 100 unités
d’habitation locatives à loyer abordable et en milieu de soutien dans le
cadre du programme d’Action Ottawa et du Programme d’investissement dans le
logement abordable de l’Ontario (PILAO).

L’objectif de cette DDQ est de sélectionner des équipes intéressées à
participer à une Demande de propositions visant à allouer les fonds
d’immobilisation de 2013 dans le cadre du PILAO pour faciliter le
développement de logements abordables de soutien ainsi que de logements en
milieu de soutien.

On prévoit diffuser la DDQ et la rendre disponible le mardi 25 juin 2013; la
date de clôture sera le jeudi 25 juillet 2013, à 15 h.

Une séance d’information publique visant à présenter les détails entourant
le processus de la DDQ et répondre aux questions est prévue le mardi 25 juin
2013, de 13 h 30 à 15 h 30, dans l’ancienne salle du Conseil à la
Place-Ben-Franklin, 101, promenade Centrepointe.
