Ottawa Pubic Health upgrades to a Frostbite Warning
Ottawa Public Health (OPH) extends Frostbite Warning and advises residents to take appropriate precautions before going outside and to encourage homeless people to seek shelter indoors. This warning is being extended until January 3, 2014.

Santé publique Ottawa passe d’une alerte à un avertissement de risque d’engelures
Santé publique Ottawa (SPO) a émis un avertissement de risque d’engelures afin d’inciter les  résidents à prendre les précautions nécessaires avant de sortir, et d’encourager les sans-abri à trouver refuge à l’intérieur. Cet avertissement est prolongé jusqu’au 3 janvier 2014.
