[Soul Space Coordinator]

Soul Space Wellness Workshops offer 'collective care' for harm-reduction, community and social service workers.

Workshops are held on the last Tuesday of the month, are professionally and peer-facilitated, and explore practices to support your wellbeing and prevent burnout. All are welcome!

Join us on Tuesday, January 31st (6 - 8pm) for a heART Attack - a fun evening of creating, connecting and sharing from the heart! All card supplies, art materials and tools will be waiting for you. Workshop facilitated by Kim Barclay and members of the Soul Space Frontline Worker Team.
