The Halifax Cycle Coalition will be having its first informational meeting
at 7 pm on Thursday, November 15 in the "Bike Again" room located in the
Bloomfield Centre, 2786 Agricola St.

We wish to create an advocacy organization that will work towards improving
cycling conditions in the Halifax area. If you are interested in getting
involved in cycling advocacy in Halifax, we are looking for people to work
with us to help set up an organization, do research on cycling issues, work
on media outreach, and many other jobs!

We believe that working together as a focused group and developing
relationships with the decision makers at city hall is the route to positive
change. If we don't push for more, the best we can hope for is the status
quo.

So please come out and hear what we have to say and see if you'd like to get
involved.
