There's just over 2 weeks to go until the Green Mobility Forum in Wolfville
- if you've yet to register, now is the time, as space is running short!
Below you can find information on the event, and attached are an agenda and
registration form. We also want to draw your attention to a free public
session taking place in Halifax on Thursday 22nd May:

We're bringing some inspiration from the Green Mobility Forum to Halifax!
Harry Gow, founder of Transport 2000 Canada and expert on rural transport
will be giving a public talk on *May 22 *from* 7pm-9pm* at Dalhousie
University.
Harry will talk about the history of rural mobility provision in Canada and
best practice models in rural transit in Canada and abroad. Harry, along
with the EAC and Transport 2000 Canada will facilitate an interactive public
session on how to better connect rural Nova Scotia through sustainable
transportation.

Thinking Outside the Car
Acadia University, Wolfville, NS
Join us May 21-22, 2008 in Wolfville to launch sustainable transportation
into public debate at the provincial level!
The TRAX program of the Ecology Action Centre and Transport 2000 Atlantic,
with support from Conserve Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Health Promotion and
Protection, and Environment Canada, are pleased to invite you to the Green
Mobility Forum.
This two-day forum will offer interactive panel discussions, dynamic
speakers and hands-on workshops. It will also feature the launch of TRAX's
Green Mobility Strategy and Transport 2000 Atlantic's Rural Transportation
Toolkit.
The Green Mobility Forum will provide an opportunity for those with an
involvement or interest in public and active transportation from across the
province to learn from each other, share resources, and determine the way
forward for sustainable transportation in Nova Scotia.
