by the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation(ACIC) and member
organizations.  ACIC has also put out a 'Global Citizens Guide' that can be
found distributed at these events, or downloaded from the ACIC website as a
.pdf, informing citizens of how they can get involved at both the local and
