Dear Solar Nova Scotia Members and Friends:

That time has come again for our Annual General Meeting.  It will be held on Monday, 15 March, 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM, in room 1016, Ken Rowe Building, Dalhousie, corner of University Ave. and Seymour St - map link below.

The AGM will comprise the usual reports, brief elections for the Solar NS Board -- if you would like to get involved with running the society, write back! -- and a talk:

BUILD SMART! The latest on energy performance standards for new homes.

Prescriptive, performance, ERS, R2000, EnviroHome, LEED... how do these affect your new construction or renovation project? Shawna Henderson, CEO of Bfreehomes Design Ltd., will outline the recent changes to the building code, the R2000 and LEED for Homes programs, and how they relate to each other.
