Coming soon to Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, COHOUSING is a type of housing that
blends home ownership with community‐oriented living. Consisting of fully‐

shared amenities. The housing is planned, owned and managed by the
residents, working through a developer/builder.  A local homeowners group is
currently in formation.
