Hello!

We are writing with an exciting update about the Deanery Project’s permaculture programming for 2020.

The Deanery’s ability to offer an on site Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) at this time of the pandemic has not been possible. However we are honoured to affiliate with EAT (Earth Activist Training) to offer a fully online Permaculture Design Certification course. Charles Williams, the Deanery’s Program Director and long time Earth Activist Training educator, and Starhawk (EAT founder and director), will instruct this program along with many amazing guest presenters.

EAT has over 20 years of experience teaching permaculture and exploring solutions to climate change, with a focus in spirit, organizing and activism. The PDC focuses on how we can design systems that support humans and regenerate the natural world while using the least amount of energy and resources to create real abundance and social justice.

This is an internationally certified program. Students who complete the course requirements will receive a Permaculture Design Certificate, recognized by PINA (Permaculture Institute of North America).

If you are interested in this online program please register through the Deanery’s affiliate link here. <https://earthactivisttraining.org/pdc-registration-the-deanery-project/> <https://earthactivisttraining.org/pdc-registration-the-deanery-project/> We have posted additional information on our FB page <https://www.facebook.com/events/800828220448293/> that we hope you will share. Details about the program follow.

In addition to the online PDC the Deanery will offer supporting on-site permaculture related workshops over the course of the year.
Please call or write should you have any questions. We look forward to working with you on your permaculture journey!

All the best!
Kim
