PERMACULTURE DESIGN CERTIFICATE (PDC)
ONLINE WINTER/SPRING 2021 January 26 - May 11th

In the wake of the COVID 19 gathering restrictions the Deanery has temporarily shifted from offering an onsite PDC to an online program. The next course begins February 2nd, with a welcoming session on January 26th.

The PDC focuses on how we can design systems that support humans and regenerate the natural world while using the least amount of energy and resources to create real abundance and social justice.

Last fall we were honoured to pilot a successful affiliate PDC program with EAT (Earth Activist Training). Charles Williams, the Deanery’s Program Director, and long time permaculture educator, and Starhawk (EAT founder and director), led the course along with many amazing guest presenters.

EAT has 20 years of experience teaching this course, exploring solutions to climate change, with a focus in spirit, organizing and activism. This is an internationally certified program. Students who complete the course requirements will receive a Permaculture Design Certificate, recognized by PINA (Permaculture Institute of North America).
