The City of Ottawa, through Ontario Renovates Program, is launching a Request for Proposal (RFP) targeting small landlords (the secondary rental market) who may need and be interested in applying for funding to rehabilitate and/or improve accessibility of their rental units. Consequent to the funding, these units must be rented to families from the Centralized Waiting List or the emergency shelter system.

Attached is a one-pager information sheet about the RFP in both English and French. Could you please distribute and circulate this email and its attachments in your respective networks? It will be greatly appreciated.
